1. Where to send a grievance

Privacy and data grievances: privacy@goiksha.com. Service grievances, such as accounts, courses or labs: support@goiksha.com.

2. What to include

• Your name and the email address on your IKSHA account, if you have one.
• What happened, when, and the page or feature involved.
• What you would like us to do.

3. What happens next

We confirm we've received it, may ask you to confirm the request comes from the account holder, look into it, and reply with what we found and what we did. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can take the matter to the authority that applicable Indian law provides for.

4. Things you can do right away

Download or delete your data, fix your name, or change optional storage in Privacy & data and Cookie settings.
