PRIVACY POLICY.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how IKSHA is a product/platform operated by IJK TEC PRIVATE LIMITED. We describe what personal data IKSHA collects, why, how it is used, and your choices. It covers only what the Platform actually collects — not a generic list of possible data categories.
2. Data we collect
Account data: your email address, an optional display name, and authentication identifiers managed by our authentication provider (Supabase), including via Google sign-in if you choose that option.
Learning data: course enrollments, lesson/article progress, quiz attempts and results, and related completion data, tied to your account and visible only to you.
Technical data: basic request/security signals processed by Cloudflare (see Section 6) and standard web server logs necessary to operate and secure the Platform.
The Platform does not currently process payments and does not currently use a third-party analytics vendor. This section will be updated if that changes.
3. Why we process this data
To create and secure your account, provide the learning features you use (courses, progress tracking, quizzes), communicate with you about your account, detect and prevent abuse (via Cloudflare Turnstile), and comply with legal obligations.
5. Google sign-in
If you choose to sign in with Google, Google will process information according to Google's own privacy policy. We only receive the account information Google actually provides through the sign-in flow (such as your email address) — we do not receive anything beyond the scopes actually requested.
6. Cloudflare Turnstile
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help verify that login, signup, and password-reset requests come from a real person rather than automated abuse. Turnstile may process technical signals necessary for this verification. See Cloudflare's own privacy documentation at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy for details of how Cloudflare processes this information — we do not control and cannot fully describe Cloudflare's internal handling beyond what Cloudflare publishes.
8. Data retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the Platform, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain legitimate business records. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize the data tied to it, except where we are required to retain specific records for legal or security reasons.
9. Your rights and choices
From your account settings, you can:
- export a copy of your account and learning data;
- delete your account and associated data;
- update your profile information; and
- manage optional preferences such as marketing email opt-in.

10. Children's data
Where the Platform is used by a minor under applicable law, we rely on a parent or legal guardian to consent on the minor's behalf, as described in our Terms of Service.
11. Security
We rely on our authentication provider (Supabase) for secure password handling and session management, apply row-level access controls to learner data, and use Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated abuse. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect your data.
12. India — applicable data-protection law
We process personal data in accordance with applicable data-protection law in India, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its implementing rules, as they come into force and apply to our operations from time to time. Specific provisions of that framework have phased commencement dates; we will update our practices and this policy as applicable requirements take effect, rather than claiming complete compliance with provisions that are not yet in force.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will update the "last updated" date and, where required, will be communicated to you.
