REFUND POLICY.
1. IKSHA doesn't take payments today
Every course on IKSHA is free to enroll in, and the site has no checkout or payment feature. Some course pages show a list price, which is currently waived. You can't be charged for a course on IKSHA, so there is nothing to refund.
2. If we introduce paid courses
Before any course can be bought, we will publish its price, taxes, access period, and the exact cancellation and refund terms on this page and at checkout. Those terms will follow applicable Indian consumer-protection requirements. Terms published after you buy won't reduce your rights under the terms shown when you bought.
3. If you see a charge that mentions IKSHA
IKSHA doesn't charge anyone today, so a charge claiming to be from us may be a mistake or fraud. Email support@goiksha.com with the date, amount and the name shown on your statement, and contact your bank or card issuer too. Never share your card details, OTPs or UPI PIN with anyone claiming to be IKSHA. We will never ask for them.
4. Course access
Enrolling gives you access to a published course while your account exists. Your progress stays saved. If a course is deleted from IKSHA, its enrollment and progress records are deleted with it. See the Terms of Service.
