TERMS OF SERVICE.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account or otherwise using IKSHA (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. IKSHA is a product/platform operated by IJK TEC PRIVATE LIMITED.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to form a legally binding contract to create an account. If you are a minor under applicable law, you may only use the Platform with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
3. Accounts, security, and accurate information
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate account information (such as your name and email address) and to keep it up to date.
Notify us at support@goiksha.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. The Platform
IKSHA is an online, self-paced learning platform. Courses, articles, and quizzes are created and curated by the IKSHA content/tutor team and made available to learners through the Platform. Course access today does not depend on payment — the Platform does not currently operate a live course marketplace or payment/pricing system; Section 12 explains how this will apply if and when purchases are introduced.
5. Intellectual property and your license to learn
All course content, text, graphics, code samples, quizzes, the IKSHA name, logo, and platform software are owned by or licensed to IJK TEC PRIVATE LIMITED and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of that content or the Platform to you.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use course content solely for your own personal learning.
6. Restrictions on use
You agree not to, and not to help anyone else to:
- copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly repost course content;
- share your account credentials or allow another person to access the Platform using your account;
- scrape, bulk-download, or systematically extract content from the Platform;
- record, reproduce, or redistribute course material beyond personal use;
- attempt to bypass technical access or security controls; or
- use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in a way that abuses or disrupts the service.
7. IKSHA content/tutor team
Course materials are made available through IKSHA by the IKSHA content/tutor team. References in these Terms to "IKSHA" content include material produced directly by IJK TEC PRIVATE LIMITED and material produced by authorized contributors on IKSHA's behalf; ownership of Platform content remains with IJK TEC PRIVATE LIMITED unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Learner-submitted content
If a future version of the Platform allows you to submit content (for example, profile information, comments, or reviews), you remain responsible for that content, and we may host, display, and use it as reasonably necessary to operate the Platform. We may remove content that violates these Terms. This section applies only to features that actually exist on the Platform at the relevant time.
9. Purchases, access, and cancellation (forward-looking)
IKSHA may in the future offer paid, self-paced courses with a defined access period. If and when this is introduced, the Platform will display the price, any applicable taxes, and the access period for each course before purchase, and any "original price" vs. "sale price" comparison shown will be truthful and not misleading.
This version of the Platform does not yet have a live purchase, pricing, or refund system, so no prices, discounts, or refund percentages are stated here. When purchases are introduced, this section will be updated with the actual, real terms that apply — including cancellation and refund conditions consistent with applicable Indian consumer-protection requirements for online services at that time — before any payment feature goes live.
10. No outcome guarantees
IKSHA provides educational content for learning purposes. We do not guarantee any particular learning outcome, certification, examination result, employment outcome, or income as a result of using the Platform.
11. Third-party services
The Platform uses the following third-party services to operate: Supabase for authentication and data storage, Google for optional sign-in, Cloudflare Turnstile for bot/abuse prevention, and Resend for transactional email delivery. Your use of Google sign-in is also subject to Google's own terms and policies.
12. Acceptable use, suspension, and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, abused the Platform, or created risk to other users or to the Platform's security. You may stop using the Platform, or request account deletion, at any time via your account settings or by contacting support@goiksha.com.
13. Intellectual-property complaints
If you believe content on the Platform infringes your intellectual-property rights, contact privacy@goiksha.com with details of the material and your rights, and we will review and respond.
14. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and IJK TEC PRIVATE LIMITED will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
15. Availability and force majeure
The Platform may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our reasonable control. We will try to restore availability promptly but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will update the "last updated" date below. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
18. Severability, entire agreement, and survival
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and IJK TEC PRIVATE LIMITED regarding the Platform. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual-property and liability provisions) will survive.
